I offer fully guided floral design workshops in both community and private setting for adults and children. I also offer Bloom Bars to add a floral experience to any private event.

I am a classically trained, certified florist. I combine my professional knowledge with sustainable design techniques, and I prioritize seasonal, local flowers and small businesses over imported flowers and big box stores and online retailers. With my business, I aim to positively impact my community and our planet.

I know that flowers and floral design can be intimidating, but that’s exactly why I started my business! I want to add more flowers and more joy to people’s lives.

I want to increase your confidence and enjoyment of flowers. I teach professional mechanics, proper care and handling practices, and I always encourage fun and creativity!

Yes! Firstly, I believe flowers and nature as a whole are equal-opportunity joys. Everyone is welcome at Forage Joy Florals! Furthermore, some of the most creative and talented florists I know are men. I also have two sons, and they both grew up learning about flowers, helping me in the garden, and even occasionally helping deliver flowers! Even my husband is quite knowledgeable about flowers and foliage now. :)

I do not offer wedding floral services, but I know many talented, creative florists in the Triad who can take care of all your wedding floral dreams! Contact me for references.
